Clean up the trash in one single click.
The browser keeps a lot of data while you’re surfing the Internet – browsing history, cache, cookies, form data, temporary files and more. This data is used to speed up the browsing process. However, sometimes the cache gets too large and starts to slow down the things. When this happens you definitely need to clean up your browser. You can clear all the data manually but it’s a tedious work and it’s boring. So, why not leaving it to Single Click Cleaner?
Single Click Cleaner will empty the cache, delete history, remove cookies, clear saved passwords and form data, zap the download history and more… in just one click!
You want only specific items to be cleaned? Or maybe you need to clear the cache for a certain period only? No problem, Single Click Cleaner can do it all. Just go to the Options page and set your preferences.

Version History:
version 3.0
After several years of silence, I finally migrated this extension to “Manifest 3”, so it can stay in the Chrome Web Store for the foreseeable future. What’s new:
- Manifest 3 migration: Most of the code had to be rewritten, but since it is not some hard extension, it should be working again as before and we’ll keep it alive for the future
- Default Shortcut: I added default keyboard shortcut for the cleaner (Ctrl+Shift+K on Windows and Linux; Cmd+Shift+K on Mac)
- Added White Icon: A user asked for this option, so I added it (check the options page)
version 2.2
There is only one change in this version: in addition to the predefined icons we added in the last version, you can now set your own image for extension’s icon (from your hard drive). Soon after our last update (when we added the option to select between different colors for the icon), one user wrote us to ask for such a feature (because none of our icons happened to fit with his theme and he wanted to use his own icon). It took us some time, but finally we have it. In case you want to set your own icon, just go to the options page and load your own image.
Note that image should be 19×19 pixels (bigger pictures will not work well — only the top/left 19 pixels will be used).
Most popular formats are supported (we tested PNG, JPEG and BMP) but feel free to try others (althought PSD will definitely not work;-)
version 2.1
There is one notable new feature in this version: you can now change the toolbar icon on the “options” page. For better support for different browser themes (especially if you are using dark theme), you can select among several different colors for the icon: red, green, blue, orange etc. To do this just go to extension’s settings page and select the icon you like.
